Designed to captivate visitors across all walks of life, our immersive experiential space features 14 uniquely crafted zones, including Southeast Asia’s first-ever 360° 12-metre high zone. - The gallery is wheelchair-accessible.
- To ensure the best experience for all visitors, we ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time.
- Late arrivals may not be allowed to enter the gallery, or they may be required to join the next available time slot, depending on availability.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Refunds are only provided under specific circumstances, such as if the event is canceled by us or if required by law. In such cases, you will be notified and the refund process will be initiated.
- If you fail to show up for your scheduled experience, your ticket will be considered void, and no refund will be issued.
