──Usage Instructions──
To check eSIM availability, dial "*#06#". If an EID barcode or text appears, it indicates that your phone supports eSIM functionality.
The first day is counted from the activation date, calculated based on Taiwan time. For example, if activated on February 1, 2024, at 4:00 PM Taiwan time, the usage period ends on February 5, 2024, at 11:59 PM.
To install the QR code on your phone:
・iOS Phone Settings: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Use Mobile Barcode → (Scan directly) If using iOS 17 or above, select "Open Photos" to choose the existing QR code image → Continue → Complete.
Upon Arrival at Destination:
・iOS Phone Settings: Settings → Cellular → Turn on Cellular Data Options → Enable Data Roaming → Complete.
・Android Phone Settings: Settings → Wireless & Networks → Enable Mobile Network → Enable Data Roaming → Complete.
──After-Sales Return and Exchange Policy──
・This product can be refunded for free before use and before picking up the card at the airport.
・If changing the departure date, the card can be picked up at the airport after placing the order, either before or after the original departure. The eSIM must be used within 180 days after receiving the email QR code.
・If you have arrived at your destination and cannot use it due to phone settings/model/connection issues, please contact Cool Travel Card customer service while connected to local Wi-Fi. Refund requests upon returning home will not be accepted if customer service is not contacted.
・The return processing time is approximately 3 to 5 business days. Once the refund process begins, the payment bank will be notified for automatic refund, which takes about 7 to 14 business days (excluding holidays). The actual refund time depends on the issuing bank's processing.

- - Please ensure to insert the SIM card only at the "local destination" to avoid premature activation of the SIM card, which may render it unusable.
- - For eSIM, please install it before departure and activate it upon arrival at the destination.
- - International fair usage principle: According to the principle of fair usage, telecom companies may limit data usage for users who consume a large amount of data in a short period at their discretion, without prior notice. Please avoid sharing the network (hotspot) with more than one device or watching online videos for extended periods.
- - If the data usage exceeds the specified limit of the product, the connection will be cut off or the speed will be reduced (below 256 kbps) depending on the specifications.
- - Actual signal and connection speed may vary due to factors such as region, terrain, weather, building obstructions, number of users, network systems, or terminal devices. If the local area or phone does not support 4G networks, it will automatically switch to 3G signals.
