──Usage Instructions──
To check eSIM availability, dial "*#06#". If a barcode or text showing EID appears, it indicates that your phone supports eSIM functionality.
The activation date counts as the first day, calculated according to Taiwan time. For example, if the 5-day plan is activated on February 1, 2024, at 4:00 PM Taiwan time, the usage period will end on February 5, 2024, at 11:59 PM.
To install the QR code on your phone:
・iOS Phone Settings: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Use Mobile Barcode → (scan directly) If using iOS 17 or above, you can select "Open Photos" to choose the QR code from existing phone images → Continue → Complete.
Upon Arrival at Destination:
・iOS Phone Settings: Settings → Cellular → Turn on Cellular Data Options → Enable Data Roaming → Complete.
・Android Phone Settings: Settings → Wireless & Networks → Turn on Mobile Network → Enable Data Roaming → Complete.
──After-Sales Return and Exchange Policy──
・This product can be refunded for free before use and before picking up the card at the airport.
・If changing the departure date, the card can be picked up at the airport after placing the order, either before or after the original departure. The eSIM must be used within 180 days after receiving the email QR code.
・If you have arrived at your destination and are unable to use it due to phone settings/model/connection issues, please connect to local Wi-Fi and contact Cool Travel Card customer service. Refund requests after returning to your home country will not be accepted if customer service is not contacted.
・The manual return processing time takes about 3 to 5 business days. Once the refund process begins, the payment bank will be notified for automatic refund, which takes about 7 to 14 business days (excluding holidays). The actual refund time depends on the issuing bank's processing.
