first time entering this branch its neat and tidy but quite disappointed on the lack of staff serving especially the delayed on the food. unsure is it due to we're using Eatigo to reserve. so their company instructs to serve lesser food. we need to wait for 20-30 mins to refill the next order onwards. Hope they will improve in order to keep their restaurant reputation.

Comparing to SS15 and USJ21, FeiFan at PBD here is far poorer than those there. Just one thing is better, the cleanliness. Yet, the service is absolutely at all, at least in my opinion and experience here. Very slow serving speed, food choice is way less than SS15 and not to mention USJ21. I don't know why there're differences between branches. Location is also inconvenient, it's very far away from MRT PBD, comparing to the Distance between Main Place Mall and USJ21, and Courtyard mall and SS15. Definitely wouldn't go back here again.
