Platform Policy

• If you need to modify or cancel your booking, please refer to the "Cancellation and Modification Policy" or "FAQ" on the product page for more information.
• The platform guarantees no waiting time and will reserve the time slot booked by the customer. If the merchant is unable to provide service within 10 minutes of your arrival, please contact customer service immediately.
• According to the Regulations for the Administration of Hotel Enterprises, all guests are required to provide valid identification for registration upon check-in. Day-use products are subject to the on-site regulations.
• Activity and accommodation products do not allow modifications to the booking time.
• The merchant will honor the room type reserved by the customer. If the reserved room type is unavailable, the merchant will assist the customer in changing to a room of equal or higher category.
• The time shown on the order does not include member benefits or special complimentary offers included in the package. These will be arranged by the on-site staff. We recommend reminding the hotel before check-in.
• If you do not arrive to use the service during the reserved time slot, rescheduling or refunds may not be available.
• If you need to check in early, please contact the merchant in advance to confirm room availability. If you need to check in late, the merchant will reserve the room according to the time slot specified in the booking, so you can still check in upon arrival (except at certain merchants). However, the service time will not be extended.
• The size, theme, and style of each room may vary, and the front desk staff will assign rooms based on availability. The facilities and furnishings in the room are subject to the actual room provided by the merchant. Images are for reference only.
• Single occupancy is not permitted for certain room types with hot spring facilities. The maximum occupancy is two guests. This type of package is not recommended for individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, or other skin conditions.
• Actual policies regarding additional guests, extended service time, and other arrangements are subject to the on-site regulations.
